The product described in these Instructions for Use has been specifically produced for a patient designated
by name according to a written prescription. This product is thus a custom-made product in the meaning of
the European Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC, article 1, section d, and bears no CE marking, but meets
the basic requirements stipulated by the Medical Device Directive of the EC.
