Scope of Delivery

Intended Use

Bipolar scissors are used for cutting, preparing and coagulating tissue and must be
•
connected to the bipolar output port of an electrosurgery device via a suitable bipolar
cable. They may be operated only with bipolar coagulation current.
The coagulation or special cutting current, respectively, is activated using a foot switch.

The maximum output voltage of the generator must not exceed 300 Vp. Depending on the
•
scissor type, output power should be between 40 and 70 W (bipolar coagulation mode or
bipolar scissor mode).
