Under abnormal conditions, liquids can be spilled/ejected from the battery, so any contact of the person
and/or body parts with them should be avoided. If there is accidental contact, eyes, hand, etc., wash with
water and contact a doctor.
Liquids expelled from the battery can create irritation and/or burns.
Do not use a battery pack or product when it is damaged or modified.
Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behaviour that could lead to fire, explosion or risk of
injury/wound.
Do not expose the battery pack to fire or excessive temperatures.
Exposure to fire or temperatures above 80°C (176°F) can lead to explosions.
It is absolutely forbidden to repair/open the battery/battery pack
Since this is a hermetically sealed product, it is forbidden for any person to attempt repairs or replacement of
battery/battery pack parts, otherwise there is a risk of injury/wound, risk of fire, electric shock, explosion, contact with
corrosive liquids, thermal effects, etc.
CAUTION!
PUTTING OUT OF SERVICE FOR LONG PERIODS
Before taking the battery out of service for a long period (e.g. max. 6-12 months) recharge it completely and observe
the temperature limits for storage and preservation.

PUTTING BACK INTO OPERATION AFTER A LONG PERIOD OF INACTIVITY
After a long period of non-use, a full recharge is absolutely necessary.
3.8 USING THE CHARGER
For the correct use of the charger, refer to the instructions supplied with it.
Always follow all charger instructions and do not charge the battery pack or product outside the permitted
temperature ranges specified in the charger instructions.
Charging improperly or outside the permitted temperature ranges can damage the battery, increase battery ageing
and increase the risk of fire.
4.
SAFETY
4.1 GENERAL INFORMATION
It is the customer's responsibility to instruct personnel in charge of the use of the product on the risks of accidents,
safety devices and the general rules on accident prevention laid down by EU directives and the legislation of the
country where the product is used.
The personnel in charge must be familiar with the characteristics of the product.
They must also have read this manual and all the manuals mentioned in Chapter 10 (Annexes) in full.
Installation and maintenance work must be carried out by qualified personnel.
DANGER
Unauthorised tampering with or replacement of one or more parts of the product, the adoption of accessories
that change the use of the product, and the use of spare parts other than those recommended may become a
cause of risk of injury.
The installation and maintenance of the product must only be carried out by instructed and duly qualified personnel,
with the electrical, mechanical and pneumatic technical knowledge and any requirements valid at the site or in the
country where the product is used.
