Lithium-ion batteries can explode, cause fires or generate undesirable thermal
effects such as 'Thermal Runaway' (*) if disassembled, short-circuited, damaged
or handled improperly. Do not expose to water, fire or high temperatures.
Do not dispose of batteries in water, bury them or generate environmental
contamination. Follow the instructions in the manual for proper disposal.
Do not throw batteries into fire and do not expose them to heat sources, such as
heat generated by heaters, flames, lasers, inductive sources, etc.
It is forbidden to expose the product to any source of direct or indirect heat.
This indicates a requirement for operators and maintenance personnel to
always read the user and maintenance manual (UMM) before any activity
(unpacking, assembly/installation, use, maintenance, etc.) and/or any interaction
with the product.
