CAUTION
•
Before starting the product, ensure that the blades (2-3) are not in contact with foreign bodies
and/or that handling them does not create hazardous conditions
•
Never work on trees or ladders, since it is extremely dangerous.
•
Before starting work with the tool, wear protective clothes. Check that all the safety and protective
devices are functional and correctly assembled.
•
Check that the blades (2-3) are fitted correctly and that the cover (9) is in place (see paragraph 3.3).
•
Check that all clamping screws are properly tightened (see chap. 7.1.1 tightening torques).
6.2.2 PRODUCT USE WITH BATTERY
Once the product has been switched on, as indicated in paragraph 6.2.1, it is mandatory to hold the product with
the right or left hand, whichever is more appropriate, in order to use it correctly.
Once switched on, double-click the operating lever (1) to enable the shear for cutting.
In the default configuration, the shear is set to the automatic cutting mode; to set the progressive cutting mode,
again with the shear switched on, quickly double-click the "ON/OFF" switch (5) (the Shear emits two consecutive
beeps to confirm this selection). To return to automatic cutting mode, repeat the operation just described (the
Shear beeps once to confirm this selection) (see section 3.5).
To enable the partial opening of the blade (3) (from 50% to 80% of the maximum opening depending on the value
set on the App) press the operating lever (1) for at least 6 sec., two consecutive beeps will be heard. To return to
full cut (100%), repeat the operation just described.
For a single cut with full opening (100%), press and quickly release the operating lever (1) with a single click.
Once the cut has been made, the blade (3) will reposition itself on the partial cut.
Pressing the operating lever (1) for at least three seconds disables the shear, which must be done before it can
be put back in the holster and/or moved.
To reset the shear for cutting, quickly double-click the operating lever (1).
Before storing the product in the holster after use, make sure the blade (3) is closed to avoid dangerous
conditions.
Next, press the ON/OFF switch (5) for at least one second to switch off the shears.
