The product can only be used after the above-mentioned operations have been correctly performed and the activity
successfully checked.
7.2.2 GEAR CLEANING AND LUBRICATION
This paragraph contains the information and instructions to be observed when lubricating the gears.
Specifically, the following operations must be carried out in the order indicated:
a) Unscrew the screws (12) and remove the cover (9);
b) Clean any dirt, foliage and various impurities from the gears;
c) Lubricate only the gears present with suitable grease (*), without exceeding in the amount of grease in order
to avoid abnormal leakage of the lubricant during use;
d) Mount the cover (9) with the screws (12) with tightening not exceeding 1.5 Nm.
(*) For the type of grease/lubricant and/or adhesive/sealant recommended, see paragraph 7.3.3
7.2.3 BATTERY/BATTERY PACK AND TOOL CHECK
In addition to the indications given in paragraph 3.7, the electrical maintenance technician is still responsible for
checking the following:
•
Complete integrity of the battery shell.
Only batteries with intact shells should be used. If there is any swelling, cracking, leaking chemicals, etc,
the battery must not be used.
