AVOID PERSONAL INJURY
Before working on the
machine:
- disconnect the power sup-
ply plug (17a);
- isolate the compressed air
line by disconnecting the
shutoff valve (quick-release
connector) (fig. 17b).
5.1. PRELIMINARY CHECKS
Check that there is a pressure of at least 8 bar on the Filter Regulator pressure gauge.
If the pressure is lower, the operation of some automatic procedures is not guaranteed.
After the correct pressure has been restored, the machine will function properly.
Check that the machine has been adequately connected to the power mains.
To avoid damage to the rims, we
recommend to replace the plastic inserts beneath the
head (fig.18 A-B) every 2 months, or sooner in case of
excessive wear and tear. The inserts for the
replacement are supplied with the machine.
5.2. LOADING AND CLAMPING THE WHEEL
Loading the wheel (fig.19)
A - Place the wheel on the lift.
B - Lift the wheel by operating the pedal
C - Transfer the wheel to the turntable by hand and lower the lift by operating the pedal
