1.3.1 Preparing the fuselage bulkheads
Glue four reinforcements to each of the bulkheads 1 and 4, lined up exactly with the 3 mm Ø
holes: two on the front, two on the back. Open up the holes on the rear face to 4 mm Ø to a
depth of 4 mm, and glue the captive nuts in the holes using UHU plus endfest 300.
Fix two additional brackets 1291.23 (with inserts) to the rear face of bulkhead 4 using 2.9 x 9.5
mm self-tapping screws.
