Make certain to remove only the T-pin at the head end that couples the imaging
top to the upper H-frame. Removing the wrong T-pin will result in the patient
being dropped.
NOTE: The anesthesiologist may now reconnect the patient circuit, monitors and IV
lines as necessary.
