Warning Code Description
01050004 Out-FloPak failed to properly lock into
the console, or is not fully seated
01070002 MyoSure motor error
01070003 MyoSure motor error
010A000C The flow rate is limited by the scope
being used.
Error Code Description
020A0006 The pump fluid used is greater than
the load cell fluid used.
02010023 Supply bag is missing or empty.
02010024 Waste bag is not correctly hung or is
missing
02010025 Waste bag is at full capacity.
02010026 Check if the hooks were handled, or
if a supply bag has been excessively
jostled.
This may also occur when excessive
force is momentary imparted on the
hooks during a bag change or when
moving the console.

Chapter 10: Troubleshooting
Resolution
Make sure the Out-FloPak is fully
seated into the console. You may need
to hold it down during the locking
sequence.
Reduce bending force on MyoSure
device, then release and depress foot
pedal to resume cutting. If problem
persists, use another MyoSure device.
Release and depress foot pedal to
restart.
If clinically safe, use a larger diameter
scope.
Check the inflow stopcock is partially
closed or blocked during priming. If
so, reprime the scope.
Resolution
Ensure that supply line is open and
that the bag contains fluid.
Hang another supply bag.
Ensure waste bag is correctly hung
from both waste hooks.
Replace the waste bag with a new
waste bag.
Keep hands off of supply hooks.
Remove any object other than bags
from hooks.
If bag is moving, stabilize it, wait a
few seconds and touch 'Clear'
