USING THE DEFROST MODE

Setting Defrost Mode
Choose from fi ve pre - programmed microwave settings for defrosting. Defrosting time and
power level are automatically set.
Open the door. Place the frozen food in the centre of the ceramic tray. Position is level 1.
Close the door.

Turn the Mode selector to Defrost
mode.

If desired, adjust the weight.
See page 19.
Note
The oven beeps half way through defrosting to remind you to turn the food over.

Important
Only use containers that are microwave - safe.

You can also defrost food manually. To do so, select the microwave function with a power
•
level of 180 W (see pages 31 - 32).

Turn MULTI-FUNCTION SELECTOR
to the desired defrost item (refer to the
table on page 65 for a description
of the 5 defrost settings).

Press Start. The combi microwave oven
will start.
