Electrically operated ball
valve
A communication pipe is fitted on the tank floor
of stage 1 and 2 for automatic discharge of the
sediment from the tanks. The sediment is
evacuated to the drains by opening the

electrically operated ball valve.

Note!
For maintenance and other work
on the ball valve/el. actuator, the
information in the operating
instructions of the actuator must
be observed (Annex 2).
Replacing the ball valve
1. Beforehand, the pipeline must be fully
relieved of pressure.
2. Switch off the main switch.
3. Disconnect the connecting plug of the ball
valve.
4. Undo the screw closures to the right and
left of the ball valve.
5. Replace the ball valve and assemble in
reverse order.

switch off the main switch and
disconnect the connecting
plug!
Make sure that the supply
voltage cannot be
inadvertently restored.
