Procedure
Water sampling at the taps and fittings as to
any changes in odour and colour and
suspended matter.
Check the filter basket for dirt;
if dirt is visible, remove the filter basket and
rinse it under running water (protective gloves!)
Check operating status,
messages and operating hours.
Function testing of the individual components
according to operating instructions.
Open the ball valves at the taper of the tanks,
stage 3 (approx. 10 seconds).
Check for leakage at the screw fittings,
hose/pipe transitions.
Check the bubbling pattern.
Measure the air flow volume.
Check the condition, tightness and fixation of
all piping not provided by others.

Clean/replace the
filter elements.
Set the diaphragm valves in such a way that
the flow at the variable-area flowmeters is
within the markings ( 2-2.5m³/h).
Level / stage 1 / stage 2 / stage 3 must conform
with the values displayed in the control.
