Membrane aerator

The atmospheric oxygen necessary for
biodegrading is supplied using the membrane
aerators inserted in the tanks of stage 1 and 2.
Detaching the aerators:
Switch off the main switch
•
Open the tank cover
•
Release the hose clip of the hose and
•
draw the hose off the nozzle of the
screw fitting.
Release the screw fitting to the rigid
•
feed pipe and remove the screw fitting.
Remove the aerator together with the
•
feed pipe through the tank opening.
Turn the aerator for removal from the
•
feed pipe.
Note!
The aerators are subject to
limescale deposits if the drinking
water is hard.
Aerators with limescale deposits
have to be cleaned or replaced to
ensure adequate aeration.
