Hand piece display
The information provided by the hand piece display are described here below:
1 Battery status
The battery icon indicates the charging state and eventual anomalies of the battery.
The black bars in the battery icon will light up progressively during the charging phase.
When the battery is fully charged, all four internal bars light up.
NOTE
If the battery is completely empty, the charging operation starts with a " prequalifi cation state " during
which the Translux 2Wave micro-processor checks the functional charging parameters of the battery.
During the prequalifi cation state the fi rst black bar inside the battery icon blinks. If the functional
charging parameters are correct, the regular charging phase starts and all the black bars in the battery
icon will light up progressively.
NOTE – Faulty Battery
In case of a defective battery, the battery icon, with no internal black bars,
will continuously blink.
A " beep " sound is emitted every second for a period of 30 seconds.
After 30 seconds only the battery icon frame remains blinking.
