Reasonably foreseeable misuse includes:
• Use of insufficiently trained or qualified personnel.
• Use of the kiln in potentially explosive environments or spaces with an aggressive atmosphere.
• Use of substances that can create an explosive atmosphere.
• Use of hazardous substances that are released in dangerous concentrations.
• Use of unapproved spare and wear parts.
• Use of unapproved consumables, cleaning agents and other agents.
• Exceeding the maximum designed weights, quantities and speeds.
• Exceeding the maximum temperatures.
• Use of unsuitable ware (material, weight and volume).
• The operating location does not meet the requirements (room ventilation).
• Kiln door not or only partially closed.
• Closing the kiln door is hindered by protruding ware.
• Closing the kiln door is hindered by the floor not being fully retracted.
• Failure to fully retract the kiln floor will damage the door.
• Incorrectly stacked ware causes damage if they fall over when the kiln floor is extended or retracted.
• Failure to comply with the recommended maintenance intervals or improper maintenance.
• Necessary repairs or maintenance are not carried out.
• Necessary cleaning work is not carried out.
• Wear parts (e.g., contactors) are not replaced despite the manufacturer's recommendation.

Delivery
5.1.
Checking the delivery
⇒
The goods must be checked immediately after delivery for visible damage to the packaging or to the kiln itself.
⇒
If you find any damage to the packaging, unpack the delivery completely and check the goods again for
damage in detail.
⇒
Any damage found must be noted on the delivery note and reported to the carrier.
⇒
The forwarding driver must countersign the documented damage on the delivery note.
⇒
Complaints submitted later due to undetected transport damage cannot be considered.
5.2.

The kiln may only be lifted by the reinforcing braces of the lower kiln casing. The process should be carried out using a
forklift or stacker truck.
Note:
Use load securing devices to move the kiln!
Attention:
The centre of gravity of the kiln is offset towards its door.
When transporting the kiln, only lift it at the points provided.
Use suitable forklift trucks or lifting equipment.
Pay attention to the centre of gravity of the kiln as you lift it.
