Extend the kiln floor completely to the end position.

Completely unload the kiln floor.

Use the handle to lift the extended kiln floor approx.
2 cm vertically upwards and then lower it again.

Align the extended kiln floor in the middle. To do this,
lift the kiln floor slightly and align it centrally with the kiln
casing.
Carefully retract the kiln floor into the kiln. If the
insulating firebricks of the kiln floor rub against the

firebricks of the kiln, extend the truck out again and re-
adjust it.

13.10. Replacing heating elements

13.10.1. General safety information

NOTE
Contamination of the heating elements will damage the heating elements in subsequent firings.
Make sure that no contaminants get onto the heating elements.
If the heating elements do become contaminated, remove them immediately.
Damaged heating elements should only be replaced by qualified electricians.
NOTE
Heating elements that have already been fired are brittle and therefore at great risk of
breaking (not covered by the warranty):
Subsequent corrections to the heating elements should be avoided.
When cleaning the firing chamber, avoid touching the heating elements.

Brief lifting causes the guide rollers to be placed
evenly on the guide rails again and allows them
to run smoothly.
