First option: Automatically adding a user fingerprint without
a specific user ID
The code lock automatically uses the next available user ID, but it
is not possible to determine which one:
• The code lock must be in standby mode and the LED
indicator (2) must be red.
• Enable programming mode (see section 11 "Programming",
paragraph "b) Enabling/exiting programming mode"). The
LED indicator (2) will then flash red.
Example:
• Press the
code lock is now in add fingerprint mode.
• Hold a finger on the fingerprint sensor (1). The code lock will
beep when the fingerprint has been read. The LED indicator
will briefly flash green.
• Take your finger off the fingerprint sensor.
• Place the same finger on the fingerprint sensor again. When
the fingerprint has been detected and it matches with the first
fingerprint, the code lock will beep and the LED indicator (2)
will briefly turn green.
• Take your finger off the fingerprint sensor.
• Place the same finger on the fingerprint sensor for a third
time. When the fingerprint has been detected and it matches
with the first two fingerprints, the code lock will emit another
beep and the LED indicator (2) will briefly turn green.
