Attach the wall anchors for the float
switches in the upper area of the shaft,
where they are accessible from the shaft
cover (service friendly).
– Adjust the "Pump off" float switch (bot-
tom float switch) so that the parameter
S3 (see "Technical Data") is complied
with. In smaller shafts and in all situa-
tions in which overheating of the motor
can be excluded, the "Pump off" float
switch can be positioned up to 5 cm
above the suction opening of the pump.
– The "Pump on" float switch (middle float
switch) should be set so that at least
the usable volume is available between
"Pump off" and "Pump on". This means
that the pump should need a minimum
of one minute to pump away the usable
volume. When determining the usable
volume, the maximum pumps per hour
(see "Technical data") must be taken
into account and complied with.
– The "Level high" float switch must be
attached slightly above the "Pump on"
float switch, so that the majority of the
reserve volume is still available when
the alarm is triggered. (Approx. 15 cm
so that it doesn't touch the medium)
– For additional information, refer to the
assembly instructions for the level reg-
ulator 08 0515.2006.
