Notes on the use of pellets

CAUTION!
Some pellets produced for use in heating systems contain a high proportion of softwood or even recycled
furniture wood which may contain tarry resin, chemicals or adhesives. Such pellets must not be used for
barbecueing. For best results and to be certain that you are only using clean-burning pellets for cooking
food, we recommend that you use 100% hardwood pellets.
Lower-quality barbecue pellets can negatively affect the barbecue temperature, especially at the lower end
of the temperature range. Rösle accepts no responsibility for problems attributable to the use of low-quali-
ty pellets or pellets intended for use in heating systems.
Store the pellets in a dry place in order to obtain the best results.
ALWAYS SUPERVISE THE GRILL WHEN IN USE!
