MATERIAL SOURCE
A sample was submitted to Intertek directly from the client. The sample was not independently
selected for testing. The test unit was handed to the Intertek representative at client's facility in
St-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Quebec. The unit was inspected upon receipt and found to be in
good condition. The unit was set up following the manufacturer's instructions without difficulty.
