To set off:

Let go of the throttle, engage the
rear brake, and take the vehicle
off of the stand.

Mount the vehicle, and for rea-
sons of stability, keep at least
one foot resting on the ground.

Adjust the angle of the rearview
mirrors.

WITH THE VEHICLE AT A STAND-
STILL, PRACTICE USING THE REAR-
VIEW MIRRORS. THE MIRROR RE-
FLECTING SURFACE IS CONVEX SO
OBJECTS

THAN THEY REALLY ARE. THESE
MIRRORS OFFER A WIDE-ANGLE
VIEW
AND
ONLY
EXPERIENCE
HELPS YOU JUDGE THE DISTANCE

Let go of the brake lever and ac-
celerate, rotating moderately
(Pos. B) the throttle grip; The

Pour partir :
