a) Model Name Setting „MDL NAME"
In order to be able to discern between model memories more easily it makes sense to give the memories the name of
the corresponding models. The name can consist of a combination of up to 6 letters, numbers or characters.
You can always change only the name of the model memory that is active at the moment. If you want to
change the name of another model memory, you need to call and activate the desired model memory first.
To set the name of a model memory, proceed as follows:
• Call the system settings menu.
• The menu item „MDL NAME" already has a black background
and can be called with the button „SELECT".
The display shows the currently called model memory, the
modulation type and the model type. In the model name,
there is an arrow pointing up below the first letter, showing
that this letter can now be set.
• Pushing the buttons „INC (+)" and „DEC (-)" sets the de-
scribed letter. The setting is saved automatically.
• Push the button „SELECT" to switch to the second letter. The
arrow pointing up jumps under the second letter.
• The second letter is set according to the same pattern as
the first one.
• Repeat the above procedure until the desired model name
has been programmed.
• Push the button „CLEAR" to get back into the overview of the
system setting menu.
