AVVERTENZE
INSTALLAZIONE
Qualora l'installazione dell'apparecchiatura
richieda l'applicazione in campo di raccordi a
compressione, questi devono essere installati
seguendo le istruzioni del produttore dei
raccordi stessi. La scelta del raccordo deve
essere compatibile con l'impiego specificato
per l'apparecchiatura e con le specifiche di
impianto quando previste.
MESSA IN SERVIZIO
La messa in servizio deve essere eseguita da
personale adeguatamente preparato.
Durante le attività di messa in servizio il
personale non strettamente necessario deve
essere allontanato e
adeguatamente segnalata
interdizione (cartelli, transenne, ecc.).
Verificare che le tarature dell'apparecchiatura
siano quelle richieste;
provvedere al loro ripristino ai valori richiesti
secondo le modalità indicate oltre nel
manuale.
Durante la messa in servizio devono essere
valutati i rischi determinati da eventuali
scarichi in atmosfera di gas infiammabili o
nocivi. Per installazione
distribuzione per gas naturale occorre
considerare il rischio di formazioni di miscela
esplosiva (gas/aria) all'interno
tubazioni.
CONFORMITA' ALLA DIRETTIVA 97/23/EC
(PED)
I regolatori REFLUX 819 sono classificati
come regolatori fail close secondo la norma
EN 334 e quindi sono definiti come accessori
a pressione secondo la direttiva 97/23/EC
(PED). Il dispositivo di sicurezza monitor
incorporato PM/819 (come pure il monitor in
linea REFLUX 819) essendo classificato come
regolatore fail close seconda la norma EN
334, è un accessorio di sicurezza secondo
PED. Conseguentemente
REFLUX 819 con PM/819 incorporato può
essere utilizzato sia come accessorio a
pressione che come accessorio di sicurezza
sempre secondo PED. Il regolatore REFLUX
819 con dispositivo di blocco incorporato sia
della serie SB/82 che della serie HB/97 con
pressostati per intervento di massima
pressione è un accessorio di sicurezza
secondo PED e quindi può essere utilizzato
sia come accessorio a pressione che come

INSTALLATION

WICHTIGE HINWEISE
EINBAU DES GERÄTES
Falls die Installation zusammen mit Druck-
Anschluss-stücken erfolgt, muss deren Einbau
unter Berück-sichtigungung der betreffenden
Herstellerangaben erfolgen. Die Wahl der
jeweiligen Anschlusselemente muss der
betreffenden, für das Geräât angegebenen
Verwendungsart und den Anforderungen für die
Anlage entsprechen.
INBETRIEBNAHME
Die Inbetriebnahme hat durch entsprechend
geschultes Fachpersonal zu erfolgen.
Während der Inbetriebnahme ist nicht
unbedingt erforderliches Personal fernzuhalten
und der verbotene Arbeitsbereich entsprechend
zu kennzeichnen (Schilder, Absperrungen
usw.). Es ist zu überprüfen, dass die
Einstellungen der Geräte den Bestellangaben
entsprechen; gegebenenfalls sind diese gemäß
den Angaben in dem Handbuch auf die
vorgesehenen Einstellwerte einzustellen.
Wäâhrend der Inbetriebnahme sind die
Gefahren beim eventuellen Entspannen von
entzündlichen oder schäd-lichen Gasen in die
Atmosphâre zu beachten. Bei der Installation in
Erdgasverteilungsnetzen ist das Risiko der
Bildung einer explosiven Mischung (Gas/Luft-
Gemisch) in den Leitungen zu berücksichtigen.
KONFORMITÄT NACH RICHTLINIE 97/23/EWG
(PED-DRUCKGERÄTERICHTLINIE)
Die Druckregelgeräte REFLUX 819 sind unter
Regler Typ Fail-close gemäß der neunen
europäischen Norm für Gas-Druckregelgeräte
EN 334 klassifiziert und werden gemäß der
Richtlinie 97/23/EC (PED) als Druckgerätzubehör
definiert. Da die Sicherheitsvorrichtung mit
eingebauten Monitor PM/819 (wie auch der
Monitor in der Reihe REFLUX 819) gemäß der
Norm EN 334 als ein Regler Typ Fail close
klassifiziert ist, dieser nach
Sicherheitszubehör. Das Gas-Druckregelgerät
REFLUX 819 mit eingebautem PM/819 kann
sowohl als Druckgerätzubehör als auch als
Sicherheitszubehör, gemäß PED verwendet
werden. Das Gas-Druckregelgerät REFLUX 819
mit eingebauter Sperrvorrichtung, sowohl der
Reihe SB/82 als auch der Reihe HB/97 mit
Druckwächtern für den Eingriff bei maximalem
Druck ist nach PED ein Sicherheitszubehör, und
kann demzufolge als
Druckgerätzubehör undd ebenfalls nach PED als
Sicherheitszubehör verwendet werden. Die
Übereinstimmung mit der PED-Richtlinie für Gas-
Druckregler und zugehörigen Vorrichtungen mit
CE-Zeichen setzt den Gebrauch von Systemen
mit Merkmalen voraus, die mit der Norm EN
