• Attach two ball-headed screws „KK2" for the upper transverse
link to the rear damper bridge „DH" (in the two lowest holes, see
arrows in the figure to the right). The ball-heads are secured with
two screws M3x10mm „S6".
The ball heads point in the direction of the front of the vehicle,
and the screws are inserted from „behind".
• Install the rear damper bridge to the rear differential with four
tapping screws „S1".
• Clamp the two upper transverse links „Q4" between the damper
bridge and axle spurs.
• Install the two rear shock absorbers „SH" with two screws
M3x12mm „S8" each. Select the innermost hole at the top at the
damper bridge, and the outermost hole at the lower transverse
link.
Observe the correct position of the plastics bush at the upper
end of the shock absorber, see enlarged section in the figure to
the right (bush is between the damper bridge and shock
absorber!).
Install the left and right shock absorbers to the same installation
point, because the driving behaviour may grow uncontrollable
otherwise.
• Assembly of the rear axle is now completed.
