7. Assembly

a) Front Differential
To make assembly of the vehicle easier, part of the front differential is already pre-assembled (see dotted line around
the part „VD"). For maintenance work, the following figure shows the separate parts it is made up of.

• First place the two large ball bearings „K1" on the left and right of the pre-assembled differential „VD".
• Then insert the assembled part into the lower casing part „G1" (only one orientation is correct; observe the cut-out for
the bevel gear).
• Attach the ball bearings „K3" to the „AC1" axle and then attach the snap ring „SR1" to the axle (for correct position,
see small figure in the upper left). Insert the metal pin „ST1" into the opening of axle „AC1"; attach the cogwheel „Z1"
and the small ball bearing „K2".
• Then insert the finished part into the lower casing part „G1" as shown in the figure above.
