FOOT BOX PUMP REPLACEMENT

Required Tools:
• Phillips Screwdriver
• 3/16" Allen Wrench
• 11/32" Socket
• 1/4" Drive Ratchet
1 . Unplug the support surface power cord from the
power source .
2 . Fold the foot section (A) of the support surface
back over the head section (see Figure 1) .
3 . Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the seven
machine screws (A) securing the top cover to the
foot box . (see Figure 1) .
4 . Unplug the pump connector (B) from the power
supply board (see Figure 2) .
5 . While holding the pump with one hand, carefully
pull on the air hose (C) to remove it from the barbed
fitting (see Figure 2) .
6 . Using a 3/16" Allen wrench, remove the four
machine screws (D) securing the pump assembly
to the bottom of the foot box (Figure 3) . Save the
machine screws for later reinstallation .
