XPRT™ CLINICAL FUNCTIONS
Note:
• All references to right and left on the touch screen and throughout the manual refer to the right and left of a patient
lying face up on the support surface .
• Refer to "Contraindications" on
page 1-11
prior to starting therapy .
XPRT™ is a Therapeutic Support Surface that provides patients with continuous pressure redistribution for patients .
This encompasses a safe working load of 500 pounds . The XPRT™ therapeutic support surface features selectable
rotation, percussion, vibration, turn assist and automatic low-air-loss . The touch screen controller is easy to use, offers
12 and 24 hour therapy history, and can be displayed in multi-lingual languages .
XPRT™ is a pressure redistributing therapeutic support surface that assists with pulmonary management .
LOW AIR LOSS (LAL)
XPRT™ provides continuous flow of air through the multi-zoned support surface . LAL assists with skin management of
microclimate at the interface of skin and support surface .
SLOPED HEEL SECTION
The sloped heel section reduces the tissue interface
pressure on the heels by providing support to the calves
and redistributing the heel pressure .
