Alternator
Compared with the alternator fitted on a vehicle without Stop&Start, the alternator on Stop&Start
versions has an increased current supply capacity.

Starter
Various mechanical and electrical aspects of the starter on versions with Start&Stop have been
modified with the following aims in mind:
•
to guarantee a vastly superior number of start-ups, by modifying the materials;
•
noise reduction during starting, by modifying the materials and geometry;
•
to reduce the starting time, by modifying the geometry and increasing the power of the starter.
Warning : The voltage stabiliser is no longer present on Start&Stop versions, since it has been
incorporated into the radios of the latest generation
Start&Stop deactivation
On the control panel to the left of the steering wheel, there is a system deactivation button
