1. Federal (USA) law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician.
2. Read this operating manual thoroughly, especially the warnings, and be familiar with its
contents before using this device.
3. The outside of the pouch containing the drape is NOT sterile.
4. Do not use drapes in which the seals on the package appear to be compromised in any way. If
packaging is damaged, contact your Stryker representative.
5. The drape is supplied sterile (ethylene oxide). DO NOT RE-STERILIZE. Resterilization of this
device may lead to contamination or loss of functionality.
6. The drape must be handled aseptically to maintain sterility.
7. The drape is supplied for single-patient use only. DO NOT RE-USE. Reuse of this device may
lead to contamination or loss of functionality.
8. If the drape becomes compromised during application to the SPY-PHI imager or during the
procedure, remove the imager from the sterile field, remove the compromised drape, and
replace with a new drape as per the draping instructions provided in these Instructions for Use.

Only use specific sterile drapes supplied for use with the SPY-PHI device. Using other drapes
may result in poor imaging performance.
