How to Use the Insert Editing
Function
Replacing pictures on a recorded video cassette with
new scenes.

Insert the recorded video cassette.
If the tab is set to "SAVE", set it to "REC".
Press the [VCR/CAMERA] Button to put
the Movie Camera in the "VCR" Mode.
Press the [>] Button.
Play back the tape to locate the point where you
want to start the Insert Editing.
Press the [II] Button.
Press the [©] Button.
The "A-DUB" Indication starts to flash in the
Viewfinder.
Press the [VCR/CAMERA] Button to put

the Movie Camera in the "CAMERA" Mode.
The "V-DUB" Indication remains flashing, and the
"PAUSE" Indication also appears in the Viewfinder.

Press the Start/Stop Button or the [I]
Button.
The Insert Editing starts.
The "V-DUB" Indication stops flashing but remains
lit, and the "REC" Indication also appears in the
Viewtinder.
@ To Stop the Insert Editing
Press the Start/Stop Button or the [FE] Button again.
The Movie Camera changes over to the "VCR" Mode
and a still picture is played back.

Cette fonction permet le remplacement de séquences
vidéo par de nouvelles.

Insérer une cassette préenregistrée.
Au besoin, mettre la languette de prévention
d'effacement à la position "REC".
Appuyer sur la touche [VCR/CAMERA]
pour mettre l'appareil en mode "VCR".
Appuyer sur la touche [>].
Faire défiler la bande en mode lecture pour repérer
l'endroit d'insertion de la nouvelle scène.
Appuyer sur la touche [18].
Appuyer sur la touche [3].
L'indication "A-DUB" clignote.
Appuyer sur la touche [VCR/CAMERA]
pour mettre l'appareil en mode "CAMERA".
L'indication "V-DUB" clignote: l'indication "PAUSE"
apparaît à l'écran du viseur.
Appuyer sur la touche de marche/arrêt ou
[H].
L'insertion de la nouvelle scène débute.
L'indication "V-DUB" cesse de clignoter mais
demeure allumée; l'indication "REC" apparaît à
l'écran du viseur.
E Arrêt de l'insertion-montage
Appuyer sur la touche de marche/arrét ou [H1].
Le caméscope passe en mode "VCR" et une image fixe
apparaît à l'écran du viseur.
