E Searching for an Unrecorded Part on the
Video Cassette (Blank Search)
This function makes it possible to quickly locate the next
unrecorded part on the tape you are using and to stop
slightly before the end of the recorded part. This
operation is possible while the Movie Camera is in the
VCR Mode ("VCR" Indication Lamp is lit).

Press the [VCR/CAMERA] Button to select
the "VCR" Mode.
eThe "VCR" Indication Lamp lights.
Slide the [RELEASE] Lever in the direction
of the arrow.
eThe Control Panel Cover opens.
Press the [BLANK SEARCH] Button.
®The "SEARCH" Indication appears in the
Viewfinder.
After the Blank Search has finished and
the Movie Camera has switched over to the
Still Playback Mode, press the [VCR/
CAMERA] Button again to select the
CAMERA Mode (the "CAMERA" Indication
Lamp lights), and then start recording.

E Repérage d'un passage vierge sur la bande
Cette fonction permet le repérage rapide au début de la
partie vierge de la bande; la bande cesse de défiler juste
un peu avant la fin de la demière séquence enregistrée.
L'utilisation de cette fonction est possible en mode VCR
(le témoin "VCR" doit être allumé).

Appuyer sur la touche [VCR/CAMERA]
pour sélectionner le mode "VCR".
eLe témoin "VCR" s'allume.
Faire glisser le levier de déverrouillage
[RELEASE] dans le sens de la flèche.
eLe rabat du panneau des commandes s'ouvre.
Appuyer sur la touche [BLANK SEARCH].
eL'indication "SEARCH" apparaît à l'écran du
viseur.
Après la fin du repérage et que le
caméscope se trouve en mode image fixe,
appuyer de nouveau sur la touche [VCR/
CAMERA] pour sélectionner le mode
CAMERA (le témoin "CAMERA" s'allume),
puis lancer l'enregistrement.
