Error Messages
For a certain type of failure, the Turbo-V Remote Panel will show a
list of error message described in the following table.
MESSAGE
COMMUNICATION ERROR
COMMUNICATION BROKEN
XXXXXXX MODEL
CHECK CONNECTION
TO PUMP
WAITING INTERLOCK
PUMP OVERTEMP.
CONTROLLER OVERTEMP.

DESCRIPTION
The Remote Panel is unable to start a
communication with the controller.
The Remote Panel is unable to
continue the communication with the
controller.
Controller not supported. The Remote
Panel works only with the following
pumps: TV551 with navigator
controller, TV701 with navigator
controller, TV1001 with navigator
controller, TV2k-G and TV3k-T.
Wrong connection between the pump
and the controller.
Or
The pump's temperature is below 0 °C.
The interlock signal of P1 connector is
activated by an interruption of the link
between pin 3 and 8 of J1 connector,
or because the external interlock signal
is open.
The upper bearing/pump temperature
exceeds 60 °C.
The controller environment
temperature exceeds 70 °C.
Or
The controller's radiator temperature is
above 60 °C.

REPAIR ACTION
Check serial connection between
the Remote Panel and the
controller.
Check serial connection between
the Remote Panel and the
controller.
Connect the Remote Panel to a
supported controller.
Check connection between
controller and pump.
Press the START push-button
twice to start the pump.
Reset the short circuit between
pin 3 and pin 8 of J1 connector,
or close the external interlock
signal.
Wait until the temperature
decrease below threshold value.
Press the START push-button
twice to start the pump.
Wait until the temperature
decrease below threshold value.
Press the START push-button
twice to start the pump.
