The steer pedals are located on each caster.
To apply the fifth wheel, depress the green pedal (Figure
11). This lowers the fifth wheel and allows you to maneuver
the product forward and backward in a straight path.
To release the fifth wheel, depress the red pedal until the
pedal is in the neutral position (Figure 12). This retracts the
fifth wheel and allows you to freely move the product
forward, backward, and from side to side.
