9. Place the orifice into hose fitting. See figure 2.23.
10. Slide the flexible hose into the union and secure it using the clamp.
11. Disconnect the DSAI (Digital Spark Advance Ignition) module wires 65 and N5 for LP (Connect the wires for natural gas).

12. Connect the new fuel circuit and open the supply.
13. Check that the generating set's main switch is set to "OFF".
14. Reconnect the generating set engine starter battery leads, negative (-) lead last.
15. Switch back on the electrical power supply to the battery charger.
16. Start the generating set; to do this, move the main switch to "RUN".
17. Check that there are no gas leaks using a leak detector.
18. Run the generating set and check the operation. Use the controller to adjust the output and stability if necessary.
19. Move the main switch on the generating set to "OFF/RESET" to switch off the generating set.
20. Refit the side panel of the enclosure.
21. Screw back the two retaining screws of the side panel.
To convert the generating set from LP to natural gas, remove the fuel orifice and connect the DSAI (Digital Spark Advance Ignition)
wires together.
