2.3.6.3. Fuel conversion

The multifuel system enables natural gas to be converted on site to liquid propane (LP) and vice versa, ensuring compliance with
emissions standards. This fuel system conversion can be carried out by any approved agent or qualified technician.
Accidental starting. Danger of death or serious injury.
Disconnect the battery leads before carrying out any operations on the generating set. To disconnect the
battery, disconnect the negative lead (-) first. To reconnect the battery, reconnect the negative lead (-) last.
Warning
Before carrying out any operations on the generating set or connected equipment, the generating set must be deactivated as
follows:
(1) Position the main switch to "OFF".
(2) Isolate the battery charger from its electrical power supply.
(3) Disconnect the battery leads, the negative (-) lead first. To reconnect the battery, reconnect the negative lead (-) last. This
procedure must be followed to prevent the generating set from starting accidentally, if the automatic changeover switch is
moved, if the remote on/off switch is activated, or if an engine start command is sent by a remote computer.
Explosive fuel vapour. Danger of death or serious injury.
Take extreme caution when handling, storing and using fuels.
