12. Programming the Transmitter

Your remote control offers a "System setup" menu for best adjustment to your model and a "Functions setup" menu
with different menu items that have many subordinated settings as well. Depending on the model type (helicopter or
plane model) set in the system menu, the function menu setting options will differ.
The changes of the different settings are made with the scroll wheel
(also see figure 1, item 14) and the buttons (also see figure 1,
items 11 and 12). The settings are permanently saved and are
retained even when changing the batteries or rechargeable
batteries.

The functions of the operating elements:
Scroll wheel "ENTER", "MENU", "DOWN" and "UP"
To call the programming menu, push and hold the scroll wheel for about 1 second with the transmitter on. The displayed
operating display switches to the menu display and the transmitter switches to programming mode.
Briefly pushing the scroll wheel activates the "ENTER" function. You can use this to call set menu items or switch into
submenus between the set values.
If the scroll wheel is turned to the left or right, you can use the cursor to select the desired menu/submenu or change
set values. If the scroll wheel button is pushed down and held after changing a setting, the default values are called
again.
Button "OK"
With this button you can activate selected settings or save the changed settings.
Button "CANCEL"
With this button you can exit the currently selected menu or sub-menu without saving the changed values. Every push
of this button takes you a step back until you reach the operational display.
The transmitter emits a short signal sound for each permissible push of a button.
