More far-reaching programming of the transmitter with the PC software
a) Installing the software
The software only has to be installed before the first programming, after which clicking the icon starts the applica-
tion.
The software requires a Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista system
Do not connect the USB cable until you are instructed to do so!
Put the enclosed CD into the drive of your computer.

First install the driver software (CP210xVCP)
•
Then install the application software
•
Then reboot the computer.

b) Starting the programming
Before connecting it to the PC, the transmitter has to be switched on so that the transmitter will
be recognised as new hardware.
Switch the transmitter on.
•
Connect the PC connecting cable to the transmitter.
•
Connect the USB plug to the PC.
•
Start the programming by double-clicking on the icon [txsetup.exe].
•
The possible selections and a bar display of the individual channels will be displayed on the starting screen.
The software is factory preset to Model Type 0 (aerobatic winged model). When started, the screen with options
for winged models is therefore displayed.
After changing to a helicopter model (Model Type 1 = Heli-120, 2 = Heli-90, 3 = Heli-140), the menu items [Thro
Curv], [Pitch Curv] and [Swash Afr] are also displayed on the starting screen.
