7) Remove the part box.

8) Remove each bolt, washer and nut from the
bracket stay and remove the bracket stay.

9) Place the styrene foam, which had been removed
from the top of the engine cover, underside the
gear case.
Set the hook of the hoist on the engine hanger
and raise the outboard motor.
• Use the hoist which allowable load is 250 kg
• To prevent the hoist from swaying, support the
