2. UNPACKING

• Unpack the package with care not to drop the parts
included in the crate.
1) Remove the tape from the two places on the
underside of the crate. Lift the corrugated board,
which contains the outboard motor, straight up
and remove it.
2) Remove the band from the part box (fuel tank).

4) Remove the gear case support corrugated board (equipped type).
Remove the six 6 x 16 mm bolt-washers and remove the two frame comp. and two side frames.
Remove the styrene foam from the top of the engine cover.
SIDE FRAME (2)
3) Remove the six 6 x16 mm bolt-washers and two
plates.
Remove the 8 mm nut and washer.
Remove the upper frame and part box (fuel tank).
