SHIFT CONTROL CABLE
1) Set the control lever to the "N" (Neutral) position
and check that the shift link B is in the "N"
position.

2) Set the shift lever in the "N" (Neutral) position and
move it a couple of times back and forth within
the range of free play.

3) Move the gear shift lever to the "F" (Forward)
position and return it to the "N" (Neutral) position
slowly. While holding the shift control cable and
the gear shift lever in this position, mark A at the
end of the cable outer seal on the inner cable.

4) Move the gear shift lever to the "R" (Reverse)
position and return it slowly to the "N" (Neutral)
position. While holding the gear shift lever in this
position, mark B at the end of the cable outer seal
on the inner cable.

5) Mark C at the midpoint between the mark A and
