Outboard Motor Installation
• Remote control type: Connect the steering guide
cable to the outboard motor (see page 27).
1) Apply silicone sealant to the outboard motor
installation holes.
2) Set the outboard motor on the hull and tighten it
using the bolts and nuts securely.
3) Insert the bolts into the holes from the outer side
(i.e. outboard motor side) and tighten the nuts
from the inner side securely.
Torque: 54 N·m (5.5 kgf·m, 40 lbf·ft)

• If the molding of the transom upper edge
interferes with the outboard stern bracket, add
the plate or recondition the bump and install the
outboard stern bracket to the boat transom
securely.
Apply silicone
sealant.
