Available set-up
Important! The parameters Fd.1 to dt2 - outlined below - are only available in cases
parameters
where a cold-wire feeder has been connected up.
(continued)
The parameters Fd.1 to dt2 are also described in connection with the "TIG cold-wire
welding" process (see the section headed "TIG welding").
Fd.1 .... Feeder 1 ... Wirefeed speed 1 (optional cold-wire feeder) ...
If the set-up parameter F-P (pulsing frequency) is set to "OFF", the parameter Fd.1 is
used for constant wirefeed at constant welding amperage.
Fd.2 .... Feeder 2 ... Wirefeed speed 2 (optional cold-wire feeder) ...
Important! If F-P (pulsing frequency) is set to "OFF", Fd.2 cannot be selected.
If a different value is set for each of the set-up parameters Fd.2 and F-P, the wirefeed
speed alternates between the values set for Fd.1 and Fd.2, in sync with the pulsing
frequency F-P of the welding current.
dt1 ...... delay time 1 ... Delay of the start of wirefeeding after the beginning of the main-
dt2 ...... delay time 2 ... Delay of the end of wirefeeding after the end of the main-current
FAC .... Factory ... To reset the welding machine
Press and hold the Store button (13) for 2 s to reset the machine to the factory settings.
When the display reads "PrG", the welding machine has been reset.
Important! When the welding machine is reset, all the personal settings in Level 1 of
the set-up menu are lost. Jobs are not deleted when the welding machine is reset -
these are preserved. The parameter settings in the second level of the set-up menu
(2nd) are also not deleted.
2nd ..... Second level of the set-up menu (see "The set-up menu: Level 2")
