ideal range. If a reading appears on the display before the test
probes are connected to the device being tested, this is due to the
sensitivity of the measurement input, and is of no significance.
3. Connect power to the circuit. Connect test probes to the device
that you are testing, as shown in the diagram.
4. Read off the ampere measurement, and retain it if required
with the Hold button. For measurements in the 10 A range, stop
measuring after 10 seconds at most, and allow the device to rest
for 15 mins.
