Meaning
The frequency inverter reports an internal fault or an unknown compressor fault. The unit attempts to
restart.
The communication with the frequency inverter has been interrupted.
The 4-port diverter valve is not in the expected position. The unit attempts a restart.
The heat pump has fallen below the minimum compressor running time. The unit continues operat-
ing. If the minimum running time is repeatedly not met, the operation is adjusted to protect the com-
pressor.
Fan 2 from the environment circuit is not rotating. The heat pump attempts to restart the fan.
The building circuit pump reports an internal fault. The unit attempts to restart.
The building circuit pump reports an internal fault. The unit attempts to restart.
The mains voltage is not available or is outside of the tolerances. The unit attempts to restart.
The frequency inverter has overheated. The unit attempts a restart.
The temperature switch at the compressor head or compressor outlet has triggered because the hot
gas temperature is too high. The unit attempts to restart.
Possible cause
Temperature sensor defective
Interruption in the wiring har-
ness
Outdoor temperature sensor not
connected
Outdoor temperature sensor
defective
Outdoor temperature sensor not
installed
Incorrect system plan stored in
the system control
eBUS fault
Control module fault
Possible cause
Insufficient/no water in the
product.
Fault in the electrical connection
for the water pressure sensor
Cable for the pump/for the wa-
ter pressure sensor is loose/not
connected/defective
Water pressure sensor defect-
ive
Pump operation interrupted
Solenoid valve for the automatic
filling device defective
Measure
▶
Check and, if required, replace the temperature sensor.
▶
Check the wiring harness including all plug connections and, if
required, replace it.
▶
Check the settings on the control.
▶
Check the outdoor temperature sensor.
▶
Deactivate the weather-compensated control using D.162.
▶
Check the system plan in the system control and, if required,
correct it.
▶
Check the eBUS connection.
1.
Check the cable connection to the control module.
2.
If required, replace the control module.
Measure
1.
Fill the heating installation.
2.
Check the product and the system for leakages.
▶
Check and, if required, replace the wiring harness between the
PCB and sensor, including all plug connections.
▶
Check the cable for the pump/for the water pressure sensor.
▶
Check and, if required, replace the water pressure sensor.
▶
Check and, if required, replace the cable to the pump/to the
water pressure sensor.
▶
Check the automatic filling device and replace it, if necessary.
