Application limits
The product works between a minimum and maximum
outdoor temperature. These outdoor temperatures define the
application limits for the heating mode, domestic hot water
mode and cooling mode. See technical data (→ Page 267).
Operating outside of the application limits leads to the
product switching off.

3.6
Heating water minimum flow volume
A
Condition: SRC 720/2 system control or SR 940 control module installed,
or system without system control with electric back-up heater not derated
(or newer products), Minimal additional required heating water volume
(excluding the product's content volume) = 0 litres
For the thawing process of the outdoor unit's evaporator, it
is important that sufficient heat energy in the form of heating
water volume and minimum flow rate can be provided, see
the tables below. This can be guaranteed by using an on-site
bypass valve.
In order to have an additional heating water buffer volume
at your disposal and to increase the robustness of the sys-
tem, the system control should be installed in the living room
(control room). (→ Page 228)
