REPLACING THE LANDROLL DRIVE BELT
(A Fig.17)
1.
Remove the primary drive cover and end
cover.
2.
Slacken the jockey bracket bolts.
3.
Remove brake rod trunnion from the lever by
removing the 'R' clip.
4.
Remove the brake band mounting bracket.
5.
Slid the belt off the bottom pulley first when
removing.
6.
Fit new belt starting with the top pulley.
7.
Refit the brake band mounting bracket and the
brake rod trunnion.
8.
Adjust jockey pulley bracket as detailed in the
adjustment section.
9.
Replace all guards and covers
REPLACING THE CUTTING CYLINDER DRIVE
BELT (B Fig.17)
1.
Remove the primary drive cover and end
cover.
2.
Move the spring loaded jockey away from the
belt a slip the belt off the top pulley first.
3.
Fit new belt starting with the top pulley.
4.
Replace all guards and covers
