（1） オイルパンの取り付け
1） テーブル溝の四隅でオイルパンを支えるようにしてください。
2） 手前側 A の 2 つは頭部支えゴム座 1 を釘 2 でテーブルの張り出した部分に打ちつけ、ヒンジ
側 B の 2 つは頭部クッション座 3 を釘で打ちつけて固定し、 オイルパン 4 をのせてください。
3） ヒンジ 5 をベッドの穴に入れ、 テーブルのゴムヒンジ 6 にかみ合わせて、 頭部を四隅の頭部クッ
ション 7 の上におろしてください。
(1) Installing the under cover
1) The under cover should rest on the four corners of the machine table groove.
2) Two rubber seats 1 for supporting the head portion on the operator side A are fi xed on the extended
portion of the table by hitting the nail 2 , and the other two rubber cushion seats 3 on the hinge side
B are fi xed by using a rubber-based adhesive. Then, oil pan 4 is placed.
3) Fit hinge 5 into the opening in the machine bed, and fi t the machine head to table rubber hinge 6
before placing the machine head on cushions 7 on the four corners.
(1) Installieren der Bodenplatte
1) Die Bodenplatte muss auf den vier Ecken der Maschinentischnut aufl iegen.
2) Zwei Gummisitze 1 zur Abstützung des Kopfteils auf der Bedienerseite A werden mit je einem Nagel
2 am erweiterten Teil der Tischplatte befestigt, und die übrigen beiden Gummidämpfer 3 auf der
Scharnierseite B werden mit Gummiklebstoff angebracht. Dann wird die Ölwanne 4 platziert.
3) Das Scharnier 5 in die Öffnung im Maschinenbett einpassen, und den Maschinenkopf am
Gummilager 6 der Tischplatte anbringen, bevor der Maschinenkopf auf die Dämpfer 7 an den vier
Ecken gesetzt wird.
(1) Installation du couvercle du couvercle inférieur
1) Le couvercle inférieur doit reposer sur les quatre coins de la rainure de la table de la machine.
2) Fixer les deux sièges en caoutchouc 1 de support de tête côté opérateur A sur la partie saillante de
la table à l'aide d'un clou 2 et les deux autres sièges en caoutchouc 3 côté charnière B à l'aide de
colle à base de caoutchouc. Mettre ensuite le carter d'huile 4 en place.
3) Fixer la charnière 5 dans l'ouverture du plateau de la machine et fi xer la tête de la machine à la
charnière en caoutchouc de la table 6 avant de la placer sur les coussinets 7 aux quatre coins.
