Commissioning the pump

Warning
Pay attention to the alignment of the bleed valve when filling the pump with the fluid
and bleeding it. Make sure that nobody can be injured by the escaping fluid and
wear the appropriate personal protective equipment.
Warning
Make sure that the escaping fluid cannot cause damage to the motor or any other
components.

Procedure for commissioning

1. Close the shut-off valve on the pressure side of the
pump and open the shut-off valve on the intake side.
2. Remove the filler plug from the pump body and
slowly fill the pump with the pumped fluid. Replace
the filler plug firmly and securely.
