Safety warnings for maintenance, inspection and installation work
The operator is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance, inspection and installation work is
carried out by authorised personnel who are suitably qualified and have sufficient knowledge of the
system, gained through reading the installation and operating instructions thoroughly.
Work must never be carried out on the system while it is in operation. The procedure for shutting
down the system given in the installation and operating instructions must be followed carefully. All
safety features and systems must be refitted and/or reactivated as soon as the work is complete
and before the system is re-commissioned.

Unauthorised modifications and spare parts manufacture
Conversions or modifications to the system are permissible only with the agreement of the man-
ufacturer. Genuine manufacturer's spare parts and authorised accessories help to ensure safe
operation. The use of other parts may remove any liability on the part of the manufacturer for the
resulting consequences.

Unauthorised methods of operation
The operational safety of the system can only be guaranteed if it is used as intended according to
the installation and operating instructions. The maximum limits specified in the technical data must
not be exceeded under any circumstances.
